Folder management

Creating a new folder

  1. Click My folders -button and select Add a folder
  2. Name the new folder
  3. Click Save

Renaming a folder

  1. From the left toolbar select My folders
  2. Look for the folder you wish to rename
  3. Select the folder and click the ... -button on the right side of the folder
  4. Select Rename, rename the folder and select Save

 

Deleting a folder

  1. On the left toolbar, go to My Folders.
  2. Look for the folder you wish to delete
  3. Select the folder and click the ... -button next to the selected folder
  4. Select Delete

 

 

Creating a subfolder

  1. Go to My Folders on the left toolbar
  2. Select the folder you wish to create the subfolder in
  3. Click the ... -button on the right side of the folder name
  4. Select Add Subfolder, name the subfolder and select Save

Last Imported -folder

All the new references in RefWorks are shown in Last Imported -folder ordered by the date they were added. From Last imported folder you can then move the references to folders of your choice.

Not in Folder -folder

If references from Last Imported -folder are not transferred to other folders, they will be moved to Not in Folder -folder, once they've been in the Last imported for too long. Also references without folder end up here.
